What We Believe

We hold that the sixty-six books of the Holy Bible are the inerrant, infallible, and fully authoritative Word of God. It is important to seek to interpret the Word rightly, and to apply its truths to our lives.

We hold that salvation comes by the sovereign grace of God alone, through faith alone in the person and finished work of Jesus Christ alone, effected by the regeneration of the Holy Spirit; and that there is no salvation by any other means.

We believe that the Westminster Confession of Faith, along with the Larger and Shorter Catechisms, describe valid doctrines which are profitable to guide and direct the Church of Jesus Christ.

We are commanded to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations, and thus, we are committed to speak the truth in love to the world around us, especially to those in our community who may be unchurched; but also to those who may have abandoned the church, or who may have become rightly disenchanted with liberalism in the church.

We believe that our children are to be reared in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, taught the things of God, and trained in the doctrines of the church; that we may be the effective instruments of God to the end that they will become regenerate, and therefore, will provide Godly influence upon future generations.
